Advanced helical fiber deposition (specifically, four-dimensional winding) bonds reinforced fibers and high-performance resin onto this liner, creating a unified, robust structure capable of fulfilling the demanding specifications of purification systems.

The standard tank design comprises a vertical chamber (tank body), capped by upper and lower ingress/egress openings, an auxiliary discharge outlet, and a stabilizing foundation. Connection interfaces at these openings and the discharge port predominantly utilize high-tensile-strength threaded unions or standardized flanges to ensure sealed integrity. Foundation stability is achieved through bases crafted from either reinforced FRP composites or Grade 2 polypropylene (PP) resins.

Functionally, FRP water tanks process a spectrum of aqueous media: from filtered municipal water (clean), demineralized ultrapure supplies, ion-exchange softened water, to pretreated wastewater effluents. Deployment is ubiquitous, serving industrial-scale operations—chemical plants, agricultural facilities, pharmaceutical labs, food manufacturing lines, and breweries—alongside smaller-scale commercial installations and residential point-of-use systems.
