Dupont IntegraTec™ XP 77 IG With High resistance to contamination and chemical cleaning
XP 77 IG (Open Platform PVDF Ultrafiltration Module) This model belongs to DuPont's open platform pressure ultrafiltration membrane series and is one of the most widely used models in industrial and seawater desalination pretreatment.
1. Membrane material is PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride), with a nominal pore size of approximately 0.03 μm.
2. Effective membrane area per module is approximately 77 m².
3. Standard module outer diameter is approximately 225 mm (8.9 inch), and length is approximately 2360 mm (93 inch).
4. Typical operating flux range is 40–110 LMH (at 25°C).
5. Maximum chlorine resistance is approximately 1,500,000 ppm·h.
6. Designed for outside-in operation, supporting cross-flow or dead-end filtration.
7. Primarily used in industrial RO pretreatment, seawater desalination pretreatment, and high-pollution water source and industrial wastewater reuse systems.
